Wonderful day on the water today. No seas, 50 foot of viz, sunny and water temp on the computer said 76 while the boat showed 78.

This reef is a little further south and not many ops go there. Keydives at Bud and Marys marina does go there almost daily. Conch Republic and Florida Keys Dive center also go at times.

It is fantastic and worth the effort

If anyone knows what that little spider like creature is (pix 11) please let me know. It was pretty quick too

Sea Monkeys Water Sports also goes there, the reef is straight out from their dock. They are at MM80 behind the Hampton Inn. They run a 6 pack boat and put a dive guide in the water with you on every dive at no charge. Being so close they go to this location all the time usually taking a center position on the reef so your 1st and 2nd dives are made from the same location.

You are welcome. I only dove with them once but it was on a rough cold day and everyone scheduled to dive that day choose not to go due to the conditions. They were fine with just taking me out alone with the guide as my buddy. If this happened anywhere else, only one diver showing up, I would have been shut out that day.
