I just built one, and stuffed it in a Pelican case.
It cal's out within 0.3% on 100% O2 when calibrated against air at 20.9%. That's closer (by 0.2%) than the $300 Minox-I that is at the LDS
Needless to say I'm very happy, especially considering that the sensor was $80 of the $90 total cost!
About a half-hour for me to put it together electrically; the box took me about an hour to do the cutouts for (square holes are a biatch to get right in plastic; I don't have the right tools to make it easy around here.)
