Aladin Air - Help needed!

Hi,
My Aladin Air + recently stopped working and now only shows 'Err' and a moutain symbol flickers on and off. Just before it stopped working it showed that it still had 40% batter still left so I can't think that its the battery that is gone!
Has anyone else go any ideas?
Has this happened to anyone else and if so how can I solve it?

The most common reason for the 'Err' Error signal is a malfunction in calibration. My buddies Pro Ultra did the same thing and the DM at the LDS told us that it probably needed to be re-calibrated. It will have to be shipped back to Uwatec, the computer will be locked down until the error is corrected.

this unit is under life time battery warr. send back and ask for a free battery changeand recalibration,
