The mount is on a cam band which straps to another tank. This is a great setup for someone who dives a single tank and wants a pony for backup or to take some weight off the weight belt.

I have a used reg I can sell you as well if you would like to buy a complete pony package.

Further I have a Zeagle Ranger for sale in L. I'll post pics and details in the other forum.
