This recent article (link below) reports that British Airways is increasing flights from London to Grand Cayman (via Nassau) and that American Airlines will begin offering direct flights between JFK and GCM on Saturdays.
It also indicates that Cayman Airways is resuming/increasing direct flights between Denver and GCM.

Cayman Airways has also increased direct, nonstop flights between Miami and Cayman Brac on Saturdays.
In the past, you had to fly from CYB to GCM to connect to Miami on Cayman Airways but now (soon?) you will be able to fly nonstop both to/from Brac and Miami on Saturdays. I think that it is likely that CA will keep a Twin Otter based in the Sister Islands on Saturdays to transport visitors between Little Cayman and Brac so they can also take advantage of the nonstop flights to MIA.
