Is there a manual or schematic floating around for the 2nd generation Air2? I can find bunches for the 3rd and later generations, but nothing for the second. If anyone can point me to it, I would appreciate it.

Pm me with an email address where you can receive PDF files. The one I have ain't pretty, but it'll get you there.

Good luck getting a supplier for parts. I have a 2nd generation that's missing the end cap. I've tried various older SP dive shops and no one's been able to come up with a spare. Without the end cap, I've got a nice paper weight that's not worth the time to put it on th'bay. If I ever find an endcap, it'll be bay worthy and maybe I can justify something shiny to the wife as a replacement.

Hello Ozziworld,

It depends on what parts you are referring to. For the o-rings, they are all just generic sizes. Have a look at the file pasted below to find the correct one. The soft seats-well, I paid way too much a long time ago for about batch that I put in the regs I sell on eBay, but for my own personal AIR 2s, I use the Awap specials which are just as good or better than the Scuba Pro seats. Trident also sells a generic seat that fits.

Hi Tex,

Are you referring to item 15 or 16? One of us might have to buy the other one's "parts" reg.

Edit: Rats, The file is too large to attach. Either one of you sharpies will have to tell me how to change the file so it's not so large, or Ozzie will have to send me an email address where you can receive a PDF file. I don't know why the file is so large (640kb) when similar ones are only 200-300kb......Zung, where are you brother?

I suspect that the diaphragm cover and the diaphragm retainer are the 2 most commonly damaged parts on the 2nd Gen Air2. That is one of the redesigns for the 3rd Gen. And I would not be surprised to find that Scubapro no longer supports those parts. You can determine that by taking it to an authorized dealer for a repair estimate. Actually, you might want to get an estimate from a couple dealers. I'm not sure I would trust the first shop that told me they can't get the part and proceeded to show me all the wonderful things in the 4th Gen version. But maybe I'm just paranoid.

Hi Couv,

would you happen to also know where I can get parts? Am not able to find aprts for mine in the Philippines

Hi Oz,

You can try Nautilus in Makati or Pacifica in Alabang (but for the latter they might have to back-order it from SP - assuming those parts are stll being manufactured) Which part specifically were you looking for?

Try changing the file type as a JPG file then re-size it to something more amenable to being posted :D

Thank you everyone for your replies.

I am hoping O-rings are all I need.

The case, covers and diaphragm look to be in very good shape.

Doc Ed, I will try some other shops but I was at Nautilus and Scubaworld and neither felt parts were still available. Of course, they did not really try that hard to check.

I took the unit apart and seems like a simple job to replace O-rings.
