I can state that I noticed a discernible difference when I dived Nitrox (I did the course a week back). I felt so fresh after the two dives, it was amazing.

I'd agree to a point. I'd love to use it at work but we can't in anything over 21%. Then with being on call 24-7-365 as long as I'm on my home turf I stay with plain old air.sharkattack:
Other than that I love the stuff.
