I just don't log dives
I'm an experienced air diver, but a new nitrox diver. I just purchased the Aeris Atmos 2 computer. Here's my question: On a week long dive trip, multiple dives per day throughout the week ranging from 30ft. to 150ft depths - Am I ok to set the Aeris in Nitrox mode and program in 21% when I'm using air and 32% (or whatever,) when I'm using nitrox. It makes sense to me, or is there something I'm not taking into account.
Thanks for any input.

No problem that I can think of. Remember, air is just EAN21. ;)

Most computers will force you to put in AIR as EAN21 after you have dove another Nitrox blend for 24 hours.

Not only is it ok, it's pretty much required. From your manual:

Once a dive is made with the unit set as a nitrox computer (F02 set for a numerical value), the unit cannot be programmed to operatate as an 'Air' computer until 24 hours after the last dive. 'Air' will not be displayed as an option in the FO2 Mode. However, you can set FO2 for 21% for use with Air.

I should've known that. When you said it I remember having read in the manual. I'm going to use the computer for the first time on Wed. at Gilboa quarry. As I remember, this computer will set itself at 50% 02 after a period of time, so I need to reset the computer each dive if in F02 mode. I think I will read the manual again. Thanks for the comback
