This from Fiji Times Online " ABOUT 170 workers of Air Fiji Limited have not been told of a board decision yesterday to cease operations. The airline needs $3,000,000 to resume flights. To avoid the risk of a violation of laws for carrying on business for an insolvent company, the board has passed a resolution on April 24, 2009, on terminating all the business of the company from April 30, 2009."

it is true, Air Fiji have not been operating since May 2009.
