ARRRGGGHHH, just a whine. I go to LP's site ordered the citizen hyperaqualand and decide to go for the 3 day shipping. It lets me go all the way through and order, then after it takes my order i get an automated email response saying LP is closed for some holiday and wont be open till the 10th. Hmmmm maybe that should have been posted upfront before letting people order stuff. And So much for 3 day shipping. I will be Canceling this order, but there is no one there to talk to so i can do this, plus their website is down.
This was my first try with LP, and i can say i am very much not impressed. I hope they dont try to give me a hard time about cancelling my order, but if they do i will call the cc company and dispute the charges. So we have definately gotten off on the wrong foot, i hope they dont make it worse by giving me a hassle about cancelling.
Its extremely irritating that they would knowingly keep accepting orders when they are going to be closed for a week and dont put any notice on their website. (hmmm thats probably why its down right now so they can try to say that it was posted)
Well regardless like i said before i absoloutly will be cancelling my order, and dont know if i will be shopping from them again anytime soon, if ever!
Ok rant off.....
