Aeris XR1 Computer

I have a Aeris XR1 computer. Does anyone know if the PC down load cable for the XR2 will work on the XR1?

Unless things have changed recently, neither the XR1 nor XR1-nx are supposed to have the capability of PC download. I'd be curious to know if that is something new for the XR1.

What does the connector look like. Mine has 3 contact "poles" that are close together (like 1/16")
My cable for my XR2 works for my friends Oceanic.

The owners guide refrences the two pins on the side of the XR-1 as contacts for automatic activation and Data Port. So it led me to believe it may have the capability, inaddition the cd (ACI computer interface) was with it when I purchased it. With that all said I looked on the Aeris web site and it plainly states that it does not have the PC down load capability even though it was provided with the software. LOL . Hmmmm I would try connecting it but, I'm not sure I would invest the $80'ish for the cable if I wasn't sure it would work.
