I'm debating between the Aeirs Epic and the Elite T3 computers. I've looked at the info on both on the Aeris website. From what I've read the main differences are the size, mounting options, the functinal depth, and the variable ascent rate. I'm a recreational diver, so I don't know a lot about the technical stuff and terms. Is there an advantage that one computer has over the other. From a functional standpoint, how is the massage box different from the bar graph.
I don't really need anything too fancy just yet, but I really like the hoseless system. I do recreational diving with a little bit of UW photography and I need it to be Nitrox capable (both are).
I'm having trouble deciding which is a better choice for me. Is one of them easier to use than the other? I asked for info on each at my local dive shop and didn't get much from them. Any info would be greatly appreciated, especially if it's "dumbed down" into no-so-technical terms
Thanks.
