Aeris Ai stuck at 4900PSI

My Ai starts ok and runs the diagnostics ok. I have replaced the battery and reset it but it still displays 4900 psi attached or not to air tanks. I have tried it on another quick disconnect but still 4900 psi. It is approx 2 years old with 75 dives. Last dives was in Oct/09 in fresh water. I have tried to contact Aeris but no response ( I am on a dive holiday with no phone though)

Ideas ???
