I'd echo what rsingler said - it's what you can get serviced.
So, the Delta 4 is a fine reg. I dove one for almost a decade. But Oceanic has been a mess lately and parts have been difficult to come by. I cannot recommend it at this point. (I still have mine as a backup, but switched after last 2+ month service wait.)
