Hello Everyone :0)

I have been a member here since a couple of years but haven't been active online. Now that I have decided to focus seriously on diving, I need all the advice I can get - thank you guys in advance!

I have completed my Divemaster program 6 months ago, and now want to choose an instructor internship program. My priorities are a program that is not too expensive, professional, and is actively involved in marine conservation efforts. An added bonus would be that it's also involved in marine studies/research, or is located at a place where that is accessible - I would love to get involved academically as well as working in diving. Very ambitious, I know!

What advice do you guys have for me? Are there any programs you feel fit what I'm looking for?

Thanks,
Dia

Generally IDC programs are scheduled just before a regional IE. They are pretty full on preparing you for IE. Although I guess the right place would allow you to DM and learn - mainly diving is in CW

Post IE then you can relax and perhaps get involved with Marine research - help teach and start progressing to MSDT (5 instructor specialities) either at teh place you carried out your IDC or chose another location
