Advice needed for rechargeable batteries

Hello, today while diving with the sea/sea 8000 I have finally had enough. I had just placed new batteries in the camera and it died after 4-5 shots.(Panasonic non-rechargeable) aa batteries

I am going to buy rechargeable batteries and a recharger, can someone give me advice on what brand to purchase and what power is needed.

I use Energizer mAh 2500 rechargeables. The higher the mAh the more runtime you get from the batteries. I work as a photographer & take 400+ pictures a week & these batteries last a week in my YS90 strobe.

I like the green ones from radio shack.
They last pretty good in my Minolta.
