How do you dive in 8' waves?

Just use the stage or bell through the moonpool. :D

One thing to help with low vis is to go to the pool with a buddy and do all of your skills and drills with your mask blacked out with foil.
Knowing that you can do everything you need to do without seeing anything will do wonders for your confidence and comfort.
