Advanced Trimix certified Dive physicians?

I'm currently in my last year of medical school and I just wanted to try to find out how many if any Dive/Hyperbaric medicine physicians(emergency medicine or other tract) have TDI advanced trimix or equivalent level training?

If anyone is or know's of someone fitting that description I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to talk to them.
