I recently returned from snorkeling a well reviewed coral reserve off Zanzibar. Unfortunately, there was a MAJOR bleaching in the months between making reservations and our arrival. The experience has motivated me to resume diving while there are some healthy reefs but left me cautious about selecting a destination. I've learned that posts even a year old may be misleading and resorts maybe reluctant to broadcast bad news. Other than combing through the most recent trip reports on ScubaBoard, does anyone have suggestions for finding very current information on the health of various reefs?? Thanks-
