Well, looks like we will follow Altamira's advice and use the Cruise ships dive ops. Not thrilled, but it will reduce anxiety. Thank you all for your thoughtful advice! Happy Thanksgiving folks! Heading to Cozumel for a week on Saturday, then the cruise on the 13th.
 
For Bonaire I would contact Dive Friends they are right next to the cruise ship pier. Buddy is a bit of a bus ride.
