While you may not want to do this often it is very good and a nice change of pace.
Prep your abs for cooking. Lightly bread after drenching in egg. Pan fry, turn and continue cooking. Add a mild ortega chili just before it is done. Split the chili and lay it open faced on ab. Top with jack cheese. Add a green salad and fresh sourdough.
