I'm a Fish!
we were headed to Fort Ross on Fri. to try and get one last ab dive in..the local santa cruz paper said they are calling for an unusually high tide to build over friday thru the weekend and if there is a large swell on top of it is could be very dangerous...any divers from that area able to give me a report?...thanks guys and gals...:eyebrow:

Looks like what swell there is will be decreasing by Friday, and everyone I've talked to today, including one ab diver, who knows the N Coast is saying conditions are shaping up to be pretty good this weekend up here.

Thank you for the input...it is greatly appreciated..

I just looked at the report and they're saying 5 to 15 knot winds and 6-8 foot swells, which is fine for Fort Ross or maybe even Stillwater. I'd stay away from Fisk, and it should be calm in Gerstle cove but out side of the cove (where it's legal to take abs) might be rockin' a little.

Have fun.
