The A570is but it has been discontinued for two years now as are the housings and as well the similar A590is.

I have the a570is set-up all ready. Was wondering if the SD1200 would be an "upgrade."
IMO, no, the SD1200 has no manual controls, I don't see a RAW hack for it (?). Suitability for wide angle and macro unknown to me, it does look like it might be a better movie camera if that is what you are asking.
