Anything on the bungee mount? I am desperately waiting on it. Thanks alot

Pulling my hair out here. I still cannot sync my A300CS dives with iOS using the new DiverLog or with DiverLog for OSX Mavericks. The program crashes on my iPhone 5s using the lastest iOS and DiverLog. My USB attempts result in "dive profile is not available." I want to like this computer, but the software is a mess and I cannot get my logs off the computer. I have firmware D on the computer, but like others, I lose my wireless connection to my first stage on every dive. I have to put it very close to get it connected and promptly lose air connection every dive. I wish I could get a refund at this point I am so frustrated. I have spent over an hour on tech support calls telling me to wait until new software come out. It came out and I still have a non functioning computer that looks awesome, but does not work.

Doug, if I have had transmission problems on every dive (about 10-12) with this computer it is NOT a firmware issue? My tech support call had me use a PC and the USB work around to get the newest firmware (D) on the computer. It then took it diving and still lost transmission. I have never gotten transmission in the water and it was always less than 10 minutes after activating the connection. Should I send it in? I have used it since May and never got it working the entire time I have owned it. I always have to use my old Sherwood wisdom computer as a backup.

Let's get it back here. Please contact Neil at 800-435-3483, ext. 428 - he'll take care of the rest. We'll likely swap this out with a new unit to expedite things - in which case, if you want to work through the Mac/iOS connect - PM me with phone and a good time to contact you. I've already shared your post with engineering - they want to walk through this with you to identify what's happening.

Thanks. I want this to computer to work. I have been waiting for a company to take the bluetooth plunge for quite some time. My Bluebuddy wireless dive computer works well, but has no screen and is basically a just a logger. It's iOS syncing is great for traveling. I want this one to work just as well. My biggest concern, however, was wireless air communication. I will contact your engineers.

Thanks.

I just upgraded to the new firmware version and I have to say...wow. I've been able to sync between my mac and dive computer since the second firmware version, but with the new upgrade I just synced between the computer and my iPhone 5 with no problems. I'm pretty impressed with how smoothly it went, and also how quick it was.

I'm going to do some test dives to double check the compass functionality this weekend, but it already seems more responsive than it did before. I'm glad to see that all the kinks are being worked out, and overall I've been impressed with Aeris' (especially Doug's) responsiveness. I think the 300cs is a solid computer and I'm pretty happy with the purchase.

Glad to see the latest firmware resolving some of the early issues.

I am considering purchasing an A300CS and have been comparing it to several similar units ( Icon HD, Liquivision Lynx ). I haven't been able to find any specs for size of the A300CS screen. Based on pictures I've seen, I'm guessing it's probably 1.7 to 1.8" diagonal. Which would be smaller than the other two at around 2.5" diagonal.

Can anyone with an A300CS take a quick measurement for me?

Also be interested to hear pro's / con's of the screen's if anyone has had a chance to use both the Aeris and one of the other two.

Thanks

I measured mine this morning and I'd say 1.8" diagonal for the main usable display. The display extends to the edge of the bezel on the left and right sides to display ascent rate and tissue loading.

I haven't used either of the other two, so I'll try to stay away from biased opinions.
