Doc....since you hang out with us Texans you need to know some Texan stuff;) ...a cowdog is a dog that is very smart by nature and helps the cowboys/cowgirls herd the cattle they can be in more places around the herd quicker than a person on a horse.....:D

You nailed it pardner...sounds like you're a "top hand".
 
Half Moon Bay Cabins could be a good option. Stayed there in Jan.Clean and basic, on the bay with their own restaurant or a short walk(5min.) to Sundowners and the rest of West End.Dove with Reef Gliders(15min.). Professionally run with great people and smaller groups. Might be worth an email to see if they would suit.
