I needed to share that a colleague of mine, Dr. Richard Atkinson, lost his battle with cancer earlier today. Dick was an avid diver with over 700 dives all over the world. He was also a fine and caring vet and former naval aviator who qualified on the Oriskany. This is a tremendous loss to our community and my sincerest condolences go out to his family. Everyone please go home and hug your loved ones tonight.

It's always sad to hear of the loss of a friend of the diving community. My prayers to his family, friends, and to you.

Thank you, Dennis.
