Hello everyone. I wanted to see if my thinking was correct. From what I've read about the differences in computer algorithums on this board, specifically the Uwatec and Oceanic computers, I make this assumption.
The Uwatec is a more conservative computer than the Versa Pro and will allow less BT at depth. However, if diving in the 30-60' range, for example, there will be little difference in BT allowed between these two computers. Meaning to say air time will likely be the determining factor in your actual dive time.
What I'm asking is if the the conservativeness factor is more pronounced with deeper depths. Or is Uwatec's algorithum more or less linear. Less time at 40' as well as less time at 90'
Please excuse my confusing question. It might be impossible to answer. Thx.
