A question about gloves

We made our first recovery today, it went as well as a body recovery can go i guess.

I got stuck with no gloves....and it has me concerned. My chief assures me it should be fine, ive sanitized my hands well and cleaned out my ears. I guess im being overly paranoid, except for having a full bio suit on, the same contaminates and contagions are going to hit ears and body anyway.

Whats the opinion of the board? I unfortunatley am a little ocd and worried over what several assure me should not be a huge issue

although not ideal if you have no open cuts or other wounds there should be no concern unless you touched you face eyes, mouth, nose before you cleaned you hands
