In looking at packages there (Brac Reef Resort for example) they say six days of two tank diving included.

Question is - How is that sixth day handled. You are not supposed to fly the day before flying so whats the deal????????????

DAN says after multiple days of multi-dive days, wait at least 18 hours before flying. Others often say wait 24 hours. Morning dives with Reef Divers (Little Cayman or Cayman Brac) or Divi (Cayman Brac), would generally have you out of the water by noon, at the latest, and back on the dock by 1:00. If you've got the early flight out of Brac (the first-thing-in-the-morning 737), the flight is about 6:00 am, which gives you 18 hours. If your flight is later, you get closer to the 24 hours.

I assume from your question that you are flying home on the seventh day. If so, you are correct that you shouldn't dive on the 6th day. You could contact them to see if a 5 day package is available. I would stick with the Brac Reef Resort. I haven't stayed there, but I did stay at the other resort on Brac and couldn't say I would recommend it. Don't believe what you read about unlimited shore diving. There weren't alot of locations to do it, and it was pretty much discouraged by the resort.

Just returned this past week from Brac Reef, diving w/ Reef Divers. I did the six day package w/ last dives...two, the morning prior to day of departure (approx 18 hr interval).

Quoted from Reef Divers dive confirmation doc...

"All diving begins day after arrival...no dives permitted on the afternoon prior to departure."
