Thanks all, right place right time. One main differance between Mobilas and Mantas are Mobilas are much smaller and they tend to school like this more than Mantas.

leesa mobulas are smaller, about half the size of a Pacific manta when both are fully grown, and the cephalic fins are slightly different in shape. You have to look at both of them to see that clearly. Also, mobulas regularly travel in large schools. The topside of mobulas tend to have a greenish tint, generally without any patterns. Mobulas also regularly breach, completely out of the water. Mantas, to my knowledge, don't do this.
 
Really cool, I plan to get more in photography this summer or next time in Cozumel
