There is an article in Alert Diver about Jerry Greenberg. Certainly one of the top underwater photographers of the later 20th century era spanning four decades, who these days after spending a lifetime in the water taking iconic photographs, apparently shoots a G10 and a custom DX-1G and DX-2G, does not seem to post process with a computer (a devil's tool) and there is a pic of him on one page holding said camera with a homemade tray and what looks to be a Nikonos 15mm VF mounted atop. He says that he is not "keen to use a big dSLR" apparently per his statement preferring the ergonomics of compact cameras and as well not minding one bit mixing vintage gear with new to accomplish his vision. Some of his photos are burned into my mind, the Widelux vision of his son over the porkfish in Key Largo is one of them.
