A party in Italy

Who reads and can be here in Italy for the 21st of June... I'm organizing the party of my diving forum (can't link here or the post...)
The meeting is near Milan and the program schedules:
15.00 : diving in a beautiful lake
18.00 : 'aperitivo' (happy hour)
20.00 : grill or pizza
24.00 : disco
03.00 : ???
