CHAMBER DAY 2010 SAFETY SPONSOR PLEDGE DRIVE
The Safety Sponsor Pledge Drive is a way to get your non-diver family members and friends involved in helping to support your Chamber and also gives you a chance to win a raffle open only to those who participate in this Drive. The raffle prize for the Safety Sponsor Pledge Drive is a weekend getaway for four (4) at the USC Wrigley Marine Science Center's Boone Center for Science and Environmental Leadership (see pictures below) with transportation to the island and meals included.
Here's what to do:
Register with Chamber Day 2010 to get your pledge form packet
Tell your friends and family why our Chamber is important to you
Ask them for donations (cash/check only)
Turn in all donations to the Chamber by May 1st, 2010
Here's what what happens next:
Youll be entered in the Catalina Weekend Getaway Raffle
You get one ticket for every $10 raised and turned in
The drawing will be held at Chamber Evening on May 5th
You need not be present to win
One winning ticket will be drawn
The winner of the Catalina Weekend Getaway* Raffle (valued at $1,100) will receive:
Round trip boat transport to Catalina for four (4) from the San Pedro/Long Beach area
Lodging for four (4) at the new USC Boone Center complex
Meals at the USC Wrigley Marine Science Center Cafeteria
Tour of the Catalina Hyperbaric Chamber
Chamber dive to 165 fsw (must have current medical clearance to dive)
Opportunity to swim, snorkel, and kayak in the USC Marine Preserve around Big Fisherman Cove
*Weekend must be used by December 5, 2010.
