a colorless yellow ray?

This was in key largo, at off of the benwood, in the sand area. I was looking for rays in the sand area and foun this.. it's shape looks a lot like a yellow ray, but it's colorless. An albino?

Many fish, including yellow rays can dramatically change their color and/or become quite pale (or dark).
