That means "in the water" by 8 pm for all you "new" people lol. The water is already calming & clearing. I saw a pod of dolphon (Flippers) this morning off the balcony. Let's see what's happened to the reef & pier.

I called Mike from work when it was black and the lightning was flashing and the rain was pounding down and canceled.

Of course he was nice enough to call me an hour later to tell me it had blown over and it was like glass out there.
