you can get from Australia through Cutter Electronics

With 8 XML LEDs, taskled driver and new 3.5" TLS canister...
LEDs will run 2 strings of 4 in series. Vf is about 12 volts at 6 amps! Will use a 6S LiIon pack by 3 parallel and PCB with balancing function.

Awesome work dude, I spent a while at your website checking your stuff, very impressive. I have just started looking into building my own can lights, as I can think of a lot of things to spend a grand on, a flashlight is not really close to top of list

Hi - looks very good. Can I ask you were you got the circuit board the XMLs are mounted on?

I have made a 2x4XML led setup for my camera, also using the TaskLED drivers, but i just mounted the LEDs directly on the aluminium - not as neat as your project!

Thanks

May not be as fancy but super neat and pro looking, good work man

Very cool man. I agree. $1000 a bit ridiculous. Did you make the aluminum parts yourself?

Yes, made them on a lathe and got them anodized by a friend.

I need to get a PCB like yours for the LEDs. I also need to make a better mounting on the lightheads, instead of the duct tape!
