This should fit any 8-inch diameter tanks; including AL100, LP95, LP104, LP120, all HP E8/X8/F8's. All hardware included. Selling it for my friend who moved out of the area recently.

That would be white paint from the previous tanks the bands were on.

Indeed white paint. Easy to scrape off and no corrosion.
