The conditions for fully vaccinated travelers from the United States to Bonaire:
As per 17th July 2021 if you are fully vaccinated you must present a PCR only test within 72 hours before your arrival together with your original vaccination card.
If you are traveling prior July 17th 2021, travelers 13 years of age and older may only travel to Bonaire with a negative test result. The following tests are accepted on Bonaire:
1. A negative NAAT (PCR) test result, from a test taken within 24 hours of departure
or
2. A negative NAAT (PCR) test result, from a test taken within 72 hours before arrival on Bonaire and an antigen test immediately upon arrival at Bonaire airport.

* A passenger who tests positive must go into mandatory isolation on Bonaire at their home or holiday address.
All travelers from 0 years old must complete a Health Declaration from the Public Health Department at least 72 hours and no later than 48 hours before departure. You can do that at

When checking in, boarding and arriving on Bonaire, passengers must show the printed Health Declaration and the test result.
When departing for Bonaire, passengers should not have any complaints that may be related to COVID-19 such as: nose cold, sore throat, cough, sneezing, shortness of breath, loss of smell and taste, increase, fever. They must also not have had direct contact with anyone who has COVID-19 for 14 days prior to travel.
