You will have a very hard time finding equipment rentals beyond XXL. In the case of special sizing needs, I recommend purchasing your own equipment, or renting from a dive shop back home and bringing it with you.

Being a fellow big man, I highly doubt you will need a shorty or wetsuit in Coz.......I wear UV swim shirt (uvskinz.com) and a swim suit and never get cold. I wear the UV shirt and never take it off, dries in minutes once boat gets moving.

Before my first trip to Cozumel I purchased a 5x Henderson shorty online. I spent most of the dives with the zipper open so I could get some cool water circulating to cool me off. You will not need a wetsuit to enjoy your dives there.
