I just picked up a 5060 and thinking of sticking it into an ike housing. Would you go with an ike ds-125 or some equivalent or better inon or other mfg?

I'm looking at strobe purchase in a month or two, and was really going between the 50 and the 125. I handled both at Backscatter and actually preferred the 50. For someone new to photography, are the 50s worth having? I liked the size and price and they seemed easier for a noob to use.

Go with the DS-125. The 50 is a nice strobe, but the DS-125 is much more powerful, has a modeling light, and a wide angle of coverage.
