5-26 Venice report....

Missus and I arrived at Service Club about 9:45 in the water at 10:28am

Sea's calm going out - 1 to 2' coming in, off-shore wind picked up round 11:00

Vis, variable 1 to 2 feet in area's but most opened up to around 10' and started to diminish as the day progressed.

Water Temp 84 by my computer

The missus and I hit Service club yesterday, vis was hit and miss... most spots 8 to 10ft others less than a foot... we went out past the end of the pier (distance from shore), only found a couple teeth but had a good time... lots of other divers there, I think someone counted us as number's 15 and 16 to go in... Water was very warm.... Spoke to several other divers there, lots of very nice people to give us pointers, may be taking my son down next Saturday. We saw lots of urchins, there where tons of dead sand dollars, some fish, heard the clicking of the shrimp and saw a couple, we had fun.... discovered one thing, our shore exits need some work... I think we packed back half the beach to the showers and truck. This was our first dive in salt (both of us) and our first dive together, we learned lots...
