Wow...you *really* got bit hard by the diving bug!
Maybe Duke? I think DAN is associated with Duke University...try contacting Lab Rat on The Deco Stop. He was head of emergency medicine at UAB (if memory serves) and recently started some kind of fellowship at Duke (again, fuzzy memory)
haha i just want to do it because i think it would be an interesting rotation, zero intention of trying to apply for residency in anything outside ortho
and if nothing else if they have a dive medicine team they are probably at least somewhat near a decent place to dive, and it would be a great excuse
