4th trip... Where is La Dania's Leap?

This is my 4th trip to beautiful Bonaire and I still haven't found the entry for La Dania's Leap. I know the entry is before the "gate" (rock wall.. correct?) at Karpata. I've parked there and looked but have never found ANY doable entry point. If you know, I'd sure like to hear from you... Thanks! June 2nd to the 9th... staying at Hamlet Oasis, can't wait!!

Once you go in here, the only way out is the exit at Karpata, so you really need someone to drop you off. As stated, very similar to Oilslick entry (but there is no ladder here!!!).

This dive is frequently done by boat.

There is a green yin yang symbol painted on the road at the entrance. one diver carries the gear down to the cliff, the other drops the truck at karpata and walks back, so bring some water! I will be there June 2-16, and I'll definately do the leap a few times!

Thanks to both dpaustex and 80cf for the response! I will not leave Bonaire this time without doing this dive. Love Oil Slick.

80cf .. since I'm solo, maybe we could do this dive together? (Otherwise, I'll have to hide my gear in the trees while I hike back from Karpata.) I'll check Scubaboard for your response while I'm down there. If you're ok with that, say.. maybe this coming Monday?

Go slow...the Yin/Yang symbol is faded and hard to see! The hike down is VERY rocky. I added a set of insoles like Supersoles, to my dive boots. It really helps with the stability of walking on the rocks! We LOVE this dive!! We get out at Karpata, do a surface interval and then do Karpata!!!

If you want to go, we are going to be at buddy dive tank loop tomorrow (tuesday) at 830, sorry about the late response, im sure it wont be the last time we dive it!
