4th time back and stuck between Malapascua or Moalboal

I second Warthog. Also did both on one trip in 2012. Malapascua is not a muck diving btw, and it is much more pleasant and nicer to go out in the evening. There was no sardines at that time in Moalboal though, so make sure you have the updated info if you go there.

I would do both, Malapascua its self is a boring island at least i thought so and Moalboal has both, the quiet resort far away and plenty of resorts and hotels to stay at where everything are happening in the even. best of all is you dont need to take a ferry anywhere(no need to be trapped if there is a typhoon coming) and can enjoy good diving just of the house reef with great depths and some amazing sardines just infront of the shops.
