Has anyone ever seen one of these? If so where might I find one? Checked the Internet and sources like XS Scuba, Trident, Sherwood, Global, etc etc etc....

the reg converters are the same as the fill converters. Most of the good fill stations will have all DIN fill whips and then yoke regulator adapters on them.

Northeast Scuba sells one and I'm pretty sure you can get one from Diver Gear Express. You might check EBay now and then
