3 questions about cuba ( santa clara ) diving.

I will be staying at the Barcelo cayo santa maria in July. I know if I want to dive I will have to go to the Melia or the Sol. Does anyone have an opinion on either one of these ops? Also I cant remember if they use din or yoke tank valves in cuba. Last question is how much does a dive cost?
