There aren't many dive operators in Romblon, so there aren't many tourists or divers going there. I also stayed at 3Ps and had a grand time; food was awesome, no issues with water while I was there and when I visited the flights were still available to Tablas (initially weren't, then were...and now I guess aren't available again). The lack of a camera room was an issue at first; but my room was so large (and being alone) so I had plenty of counter space to spread everything out and charge things. My guide was named Cyril; he was very accommodating as I am an older solo lady diver...very helpful with my gear, etc. As to the 'aggressive' nature of some of the dive guides critter hunting and diving style...I only find this to be true in the less visited places; perhaps a comment to the owners may be in order? The only way they will change their 'style' is if enough people complain about it. In fact, I have actually asked my dive guide not to manipulate critters for my benefit; I inform them I am mostly there to observe and if I get a picture that is just a bonus. Some listen, some don't.
I have visited quite a few resorts with good food; Pura Vida in Dauin is 4/5 and Amun Ini in Anda, Bohol is over the top good at 5/5.
