3.7volt 18650- LiFe/LiMn/LiIon

Can someone please tell me which is the best to use in a flashlight using 3.7 volt 18650. I've done some searching on google but its still unclear. I assume the higher the mAh the longer the run time? 3.7volts is the same regardless of battery type? so which is best re memory and recycle degradation? If a light uses a 3.7volt 18650 can it use any of the 3 types? Thank you in advance.

I think, no.
The LiFe cell has only 3,2V and the other both 3,6V.
