Anouncing the Jim Sands Memorial Marine Educational Scholarships which will be awarded in March 2005 by Underwater Education & Training Center of New England.
There are two scholarships available: One for a high school senior, up to $500 which may be used to become a certified SCUBA diver or to further their SCUBA certification, and the second scholarship will be awarded for up to $2,500 to a college undergraduate studying in the marine sciences.
Information about Jim Sands is available at www.underwatereducation.org, and the guidelines and applications will be available for download on or before January 24, 2005.
Application Deadline is April 01, 2005.
