The Annual Waterway Cleanup is Broward county's largest environmental event and in 2005 more than 2,200 volunteers worked at 31 waterfront locations and on Intercoastal floating site to clean nearly 50-tons trash and debris from our 300 miles of waterways, canals and shorelines.
